Duties - Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents in their homes - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with residents - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - Document care provided and report any changes in resident's condition to supervisor.

Qualifications - Previous experience in senior care, patient care, or assisted living preferred - Knowledge of dementia care and behavior management techniques - Familiarity with nursing home, home care, or hospice care settings - Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining confidentiality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate and patient demeanor Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
